Overview
This report presents four deep-dive case studies exploring approaches to local partnership working in policing and crime prevention. Conducted between September and December 2024, these case studies provide insights into how Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) and their offices collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance community safety, improve data-sharing, and navigate complex partnership structures.
