Ben Adams was elected as the new Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (PFCC) for Staffordshire in May 2021.
Ben says he wants to make sure that both emergency services have the tools and resources they need to keep the communities of Staffordshire safe.
"My primary concern is to stop young people from being exploited by drug gangs and having their lives ruined. I want to help the service to really tackle this issue and intervene very early to try and keep those children safe."
