Emily Spurrell, APCC Joint Lead for Criminal Justice and PCC for Hertfordshire provides an update on her national portfolio.
"PCCs are the voices of victims. we meet regularly with our colleagues in the Ministry of Justice and we constantly tell them what we hear on the ground. Where it's not working, where things are going wrong and how we can try and change it and make it easier for victims who are going through the criminal justice system, which is so overly complicated."
