Chief Constable Andy Marsh QPM is the Chief Executive Officer of the College of Policing. We spoke to Andy following his participation in a Breakout session entitled: 'Confidence and Consent'.
This session was powerful and emotive and looked at why confidence and consent in local policing has plummeted among Black communities, particularly those classed as 'Black Carribean' and what can be done about it.
