Your voice Your police: Safer Streets
Safer Streets is an initiative supported by the Police and Crime Commissioner. It has enabled the community to improve street security through installing more streetlighting and placing CCTV in areas of crime and anti-social behaviour.
Through the Safer Streets initiative:
🔵 520 homes have been made safer by target hardening
🔵 11 tonnes of waste have been removed
🔵 30 alleyways have been cleared, with 16 new gates installed and 14 locks repaired.
